SECTION .0200 ‑ PETITIONING FOR RULEMAKING

19A NCAC 01B .0201      PETITIONING PROCEDURES

Any person wishing to submit a petition requesting the adoption, amendment, or repeal of a rule by the Department of Transportation shall submit a written petition to:

Raleigh, North Carolina 27611

The outside envelope containing the petition shall clearly display the notation:

RULEMAKING PETITION, RE:  and then the subject area.
